Intro to Wrestling Registration

Introduction to Wrestling extension (March 3 – March 24)  ***Registration is at the bottom!

Time:     Tuesdays, 6pm - 6:45pm

Location:  Penn State Wrestling Room

Age:       4-9 years old

Cost:      $50 for Introduction to Wrestling extension

Experience:  Beginner to 2 years.  *Program is not designed for experienced wrestlers.  It is for beginners. 

Description: Introduction to Wrestling Program.   Wrestling is a great foundation for all sports.  It teaches the fundamental skills (balance, hand eye coordination, footwork, strength, etc.) necessary for any other physical activity.  This recreational program is non-competitive and will focus on exposing children to wrestling and these basic skills, setting the groundwork for future sports and activities.  The goal is to ensure kids have a fun and a positive first experience with the sport, and they leave excited about wrestling.
